Equipment Operator

Operate loaders, skid steers, and other equipment for dirt work, gravel, and cleanup.

Run equipment safely on customer sites, stage materials, load trucks, and support excavation and driveway work. Care for machines and call out issues early.

Minimum requirements

Valid New Mexico driver license
Reliable way to get to Estancia Valley job sites
Able to work outdoors in New Mexico weather
Follow safety directions and wear required PPE

Desired qualifications

Documented hours on skid steer or loader
Site grading experience
Basic equipment maintenance
