General Labor

Hands-on help with cleanup, hauling, and property work across our Estancia Valley jobs.

Support crew leads on cleanup, grounds work, and job-site prep. You will lift, load, rake, dig, and keep sites tidy. We train the specifics; show up ready to work and learn.

Minimum requirements

Valid New Mexico driver license
Reliable way to get to Estancia Valley job sites
Able to work outdoors in New Mexico weather
Follow safety directions and wear required PPE

Desired qualifications

Prior outdoor or construction labor
Comfort with trailers and basic hand tools
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
