Program description
This program sends account and work-related text messages from A Nice Yard to employees who have opted in. Messages may include job assignment and schedule updates, check-in and check-out reminders, time and attendance notices, and other operational alerts about the employee account and assigned work in Action.
Messaging number
Employee account notification texts are sent from and received at 505-384-7171.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on scheduled jobs, assignments, and account activity. You may receive several messages on busy work days and fewer when nothing is pending.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. A Nice Yard does not charge for the texts themselves; your wireless carrier's rates may apply.
Opt-in
You may opt in by:
- Verbal: Clearly saying yes when hiring or operations staff ask for permission to text you about your employee account, jobs, and schedule.
- Website: Submitting the employee SMS opt-in form (checkbox is not pre-selected).
- Via text: Texting START, YES, or UNSTOP to 505-384-7171. The public call-to-action is shown at aniceyard.com/employee-sms-opt-in.
After you opt in, we send a confirmation text that you are enrolled in A Nice Yard Employee Account Notifications SMS.
Opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We will send a single confirmation and then stop employee account notification texts from this program. To rejoin, use an opt-in method above.
