Landscaping Crew

Grounds care, plant work, and property presentation for residential and small commercial sites.

Maintain yards and grounds, plant and mulch, edge and trim, and leave properties looking cared for. You will work with crew leads and sometimes talk briefly with customers on site.

Minimum requirements

Valid New Mexico driver license
Reliable way to get to Estancia Valley job sites
Able to work outdoors in New Mexico weather
Follow safety directions and wear required PPE

Desired qualifications

Landscaping or nursery experience
Familiarity with desert-hardy plants
Customer-facing comfort

Watering, planting, mulch, and common desert plants

Mowers, trimmers, blowers, and basic maintenance
